I have been taking my cats to them since the 1990's. At this point Janet is family. They are always compassionate. The staff has always been top notch.These days we mainly see Dr. Maker and Dr. Palmer. They also always discuss options and even spend time on the phone when needed. The first time I saw Dr. Palmer it was because Dr. Maker was not available. My cats history was complicated and she had read his entire file and knew all about him at the appointment. Talk about inspiring confidence! They also always discuss options and even spend time on the phone when needed. There's no way I'd see anyone else, it's a privilege to have them.
