I’d like to thank Dr Kelly and his staff for their incredible and compassionate assistance today with my dog who ate a foreign object and needed to throw it up. Dr Kelly gave him the proper meds and “up it came”! He was very busy today and I was very appreciative of his time and that of the ladies in the office. Highly recommend!

You get what you pay for. First and last visit. The "vet" at this facility is unnecessarily aggressive towards animals he's meant to care for and then charges extra for sedation because this is a "bad dog". Mind you, he was not a "bad dog" in the 30 minutes we were waiting past our appointment time in the front room with other animals. But because a large, senior dog with arthritis can't get up onto a too small too high exam table he's a bad dog, and is treated as such. "Reactive", "bad dog", "aggressive" all words to describe a senior dog who did no more than growl because he was rightfully terrified. A dog will be "reactive" if a stranger pulls them to the ground and scolds them for peeing outside (like he was trained to do). A dog will be "reactive" if a stranger hits them in the face and yells at them when they're visibly frightened. A dog will be "reactive" if you cause their owner to go into shock because of the force being used on their fur baby they were seeking PROFESSIONAL care for. It is completely unacceptable and utterly disgusting that someone in a position of care would act in such a way. I won't even get into the staff or run down facilities because the negligence of care stands alone. Go anywhere else in Tahoe. Hell, go to Carson or Reno. Please for the wellbeing of you and your animals do not go here.

Dr Kelly and all the staff too many names to remember are the best in the whole wide world they care about your fur baby they will help you no matter what I recommend this animal hospital to everybody Dr Kelly is helping our baby that has leukemia and lymph node cancer and he will never give up unless it is absolutely the only thing left
