Sarah recently was spayed at the clinic. Dr Rodriquez did a great job. She recovered and healed quickly. The staff has been pleasant, professional and vey helpful. I would highly recommend the clinic.

This was the 3rd vet I have gone to and I guess 3rd times a charm. The first one did not give me options for a treatment plan for my frenchie with severe skin allergies. They suggested 1 expensive treatment after another and when I requested a cheaper one that worked better, they denied me. I went to Aliante and they agreed with me 100%. We do have to check blood every 6 months but I am A-Ok with that and it is still cheaper than the other one. The staff from front office, vets, pharmacy and even Managment are all so approachable, knowledgeable and understanding of their clients and the special needs of their animals. I am so grateful to have found them! I left the other vets offices crying multiple times. I have legitimately never left Aliante without a smile and feeling that my babies are loved by this place. Thank You 1000 times over Aliante.

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The communication was unclear from the start. I called ahead specifically to ask whether there would be an exam fee and was told they “didn’t know,” only to then be charged one when I arrived. What bothered me most, though, was the lack of compassion from the front desk staff. While I was waiting for my appointment, a woman came in to euthanize her two dogs, and the staff’s interactions with her felt incredibly short and unsympathetic. After explaining her appointment to the front desk the employee “YOURE PUTTING DOWN BOTH??” And the women, in tears, said yes. The employee proceeded to tell her “okay you pull around on this side of the building.” No eye contact, no compassion, just cold and detached. Me and the two other family’s look at each other like we couldn’t believe what was happening. Even as a bystander, it was upsetting. The overall atmosphere felt cold and unprofessional, and I ultimately decided to leave before my dog’s procedure. After this experience, I would not feel comfortable trusting this clinic with surgery for my pet. If you’re looking for a good clinic, I’d recommend either Providence Pet Hospital (off 215 and Hualapai) or Grand Teton Pet Hospital (off of Decatur and Grand Teton). I only went to Aliante to get a quote for my dogs surgery.
