All of the staff was super nice and understanding! I had to go home to grab my ID that I left and they were very understanding. They were considerate throughout our time there and gave us the estimates on everything and made sure we knew what everything was.

I previously posted about our dog being kept for 5 hours I just was so angry I couldn't think clearly but I want to tell you that they kept her in a cage for most of that time my husband went down to get her and even though they quoted me $34 on the phone for a bath and brush they told him it was $50 because the bath itself was 39 but that's not what they told me on the phone. So they bait and switch they up the prices they're just greedy greedy greedy and they left my dog who is has had a broken leg and they were the vet that treated her and and a like a torn me and here they kept her in a cage all this time all the work we've done to try to get her healed and they've probably undone most of it and they were the vets that we've used to fix her leg. Totally unacceptable can the person that dealt with us at the counter when I was frustrated over the phone and trying to explain how you kept my daughterall this time in a cage and why was she there so long to get a bath she's a medium sized dog I couldn't understand and they raise the prices and she said don't you yell at me I'm a human being and I'm a mother and what about me you're abusing me and you using my dog to do it.. these are terrible people!

If I could leave zero I would. I’ve been going here for years and I’ve seen the decline. My last visit was the last straw. My senior cat has been getting into fights and developed an abscess took him in to have it drained and was advised by Dr. Bullard not to. I was sent home with anti inflammatory medication for three days and told to keep an eye on it. A day later it pops like I expected it to. I take him back in and was told that this was my third visit with this problem and that I shouldn’t have declined care of the wound that last time I was in. I was in shock because what do you mean I declined. Not only was she wrong with that notion but also this wasn’t our third visit it was our second. We pay a fee for a visit, what does that visit include? You would think that for all the money you ask from your patients you would at least come into the room knowing the history of your patients. The fact that I have to correct you because of lack of due diligence or communication is crazy for what they charge you. Back to my cat, I was told that his abscess has enlarged and become a deep pocket that now needs to be dealt with by surgery, quoted 1,500 on the high end and 1,200 on the low. I look over the bill I’m being charge for both vaccines and pill form antibiotics and anti inflammatory meds. I ask if it’s needed I get told not really. I hold off because I don’t have the money available. As I’m waiting for my cat I’m making another appointment for a second opinion, because a doctor that can’t tell me correctly why my cat is there, when was the last time he was there but can just quickly and blatantly charge me thousands is no one to be trusted. I took him to get a second opinion because nothing was sitting right with me over the last visit. Come to find out the wound will heal on its own with home care. So yourself and your animals a favor always get a second opinion and in these times advocate for your health and the health of your fur babies.

PLEASE if you love your animal DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE... ESPECIALLY to get them euthanized... They are so UNPROFESSIONAL, INSENSITIVE, and DO NOT CARE about your pet. I took my fur baby here and they did a HORRIBLE job on her keep sakes and wanted my family to not care. THEY DID NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY, GAVE ME A REFUND OR EVEN SEEMED TO CARE. I requested the manager Jewel to give me a call back and she NEVER DID. I wish I could give LESS THAN ONE STAR!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Please love your pets more.
