I had my first appointment with Dr. Robert and couldn’t be more pleased with how she and her staff treated my dog. I was given a tone of information about my dog’s conditions and plenty of time to ask and have answered all my questions.

It was time for our 18 year old cat to say goodbye and Lone Mountain made the process very comforting. The staff were super friendly and sensitive to the matter as they know how hard it is to let go of a family member. The environment was peaceful and quiet and they were quick to get the remains back to us in a nice box w/ paw print impression. They even mailed a sympathy card saying sorry for your loss that was signed by the staff. What a great place. I will definitely be taking my other cats there for vet services and needs. Thanks everyone at Lone Mountain Veterinary!
