I chose this clinic because of the free spay program through Pets of the Homeless, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. When I arrived for my dog's surgery, clients were unable to enter the building at opening time due to staffing issues. The check-in process moved very slowly because there did not appear to be enough technicians or support staff available to handle the scheduled surgeries efficiently. I did appreciate receiving updates from the technician when my dog went into surgery and when she came out. However, there was a misunderstanding regarding a Kenalog injection, which was administered before I had been fully informed and while the technician was no longer on the phone with me. Thankfully, I was not charged for it. I was also not contacted the day after surgery as expected and instead received a follow-up call two days later. To add to the confusion, I later received an email showing an appointment scheduled for October that I never made. Overall, it seemed like the staff were overwhelmed and stretched too thin. My impression is that the clinic may be taking on more than its current staffing levels can comfortably support. I believe both the staff and patients would benefit from a slower pace and better organization so the team can provide the highest quality care possible.

This is second time a special test was ordered for my cat. Once again, no follow up, no call. a blood test was ordered and authorized. weeks have gone by. POOR customer service. If my cat died related to the blood work, what excuse would have been offered?

Everyone was pleasant and professional from the receptionist/assistant/doctor. Gadgit was in for a respiratory infection injection, Elysa is looking forward to her next Spa day and Riley for his manicure.

Guido, Bear, and mom and dad love the care you give. Everyone is always kind. We had 2 of our dogs Neutered here and will be having a female spayed next week. I was nervous the first time around because I have Frenchies. Everyone here loves what they do and it shows. The love they have for the animals is why I would recommend.
